Rules

Our hostel has no curfew - Quiet time after 10 p.m.
We operate on a no drugs, no heavy alcohol consumption policy.

 

General Rules

• Office hours must be respected as posted; $10 fine per instance if rule is violated
• All business is taken care of during office hours only; no exceptions
• This is not a party house. No excessive drinking. NO DRUGS allowed on premises.
• Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area only; adjacent to the side deck
• Smokers must clean ashtray and bucket
• Turn off all fans, lights and t.v. when not in use
• No food or drink allowed in rooms; kitchen only
• Quiet time is 10pm; all visitors must leave the property at this time
• Do not remove bedding, linens, dishes or kitchen utensils from the Hostel for any reason
• Wash feet before entering, no shoes allowed to be worn in the house; if caught $5 will be deducted from your deposit
• T.V. may be used during posted hours only
• Please walk softly this is an old house and people live below you, be respectful
• Unless it is a life or death situation, do not ring the office bell outside of office hours

 

General Guidelines

• Computer Use: Downloading files or misuse of the internet in any fashion is a violation of house rules. After use, please put the computer to sleep to conserve energy.
• Laundry Facilities: available down the street at Pa'ia Laundromat.
• Storage Facilities: We have space for your equipment. Please do not take beach gear, camping gear, bikes, surfboards, etc. in the house. Please store this equipment in the designated, secure area.
• Visitors: guests are welcome; however, renters are responsible for your visitors. Visitors are not allowed to use the computer, shower or kitchen, and all visitors must leave by 10pm. No overnight guests allowed; no exceptions.
